Dr. Hill earned his Ph.D. in Education, with an emphasis in School Organization and Education Policy, from the University of California, Davis. He also holds a Master of Arts in Education from Chapman University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of San Francisco. Over the past 25 years, his academic appointments have included teaching research methods, statistics, social policy, and clinical education courses at institutions such as the 91成人导航, UC Davis, CSU Long Beach, University of Massachusetts Global, and American River College. Following the completion of his doctorate, Dr. Hill served as a postdoctoral researcher and later as a project scientist at the University of California, Irvine School of Education. His research work centers on education policy and program evaluation in postsecondary settings, with a particular focus on technology-mediated instruction and the experiences of non-traditional and underrepresented student populations. He is currently engaged in a multi-institutional research project funded by the Institute of Education Sciences (IES), investigating the impact of faculty professional development on online learning outcomes. Dr. Hill鈥檚 professional work extends internationally. He has delivered professional development workshops for STEM educators at the Beijing Institute of Education, Chaoyang Branch, and conducted a comprehensive program evaluation in the Philippines as a Save the Children University Partnership for Education Research (SUPER) Fellow. At the 91成人导航, Dr. Hill holds a joint faculty appointment in the School of Health Sciences and Benerd College. He supports doctoral research projects in both health sciences and education, and teaches graduate-level courses in research design, statistics, and scholarly writing.
